About Macmillan Cancer Support
Macmillan Cancer Support provides information and support to anyone affected by cancer including patients, carers, family and friends.
Macmillan has two Information & Support Centres at Aintree.
You can find them in:
- the Main Reception
- the Elective Care Centre
Advisors are available from 9.30am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.30am to 3.00pm on Friday.

Here is a small selection of information and support we offer:
Welfare and Benefits Clinic
This service offers support with benefits claims, debt management, housing issues or any other welfare rights issue, and is available to anyone with cancer, or their representative.
Will Making Service
We work with a local solicitor to provide a free will making service for patients with cancer.
A dual handset phone, which is used in conjunction with Language Line to provide translation facilities, is available from the Macmillan Centre.
A list of companies are available the centres these companies have a special interest in providing travel insurance to people with a medical condition. Hopefully one of them will be able to help you.
