In March 2016, the Board of Directors approved a refreshed strategic vision and objectives for Aintree, building on the ‘Fit for the Future’ work undertaken a few years ago, to ensure that these remained valid for the way forward for the organisation for the next five years.
The pyramid below sets out the Trust’s vision, common purpose and objectives supported by the values developed in 2012.
The strategic vision is Aintree’s ultimate aim for the organisation that everyone can believe in
The common purpose is what everyone in the organisation can sign up to, to change the organisation for the better.
The strategic objectives set out the specific expectations that will allow the Trust to achieve its vision.
